Material Sourcing

All my fabrics are sourced from recycled textiles purchased locally. The materials are thoroughly cleaned and checked for quality and imperfections before use. Notions such as thread and batting (wadding) purchased new from trusted stores in Sweden. I DO NOT purchase source materials from amazon, temu, etc. I NEVER use clothing from ultra fast fashion brands such as Shein, Boohoo, and Fashion Nova, for my upcycled clothing.

Natural Dyeing

Many of my wall hangings are created using fabrics dyed naturally here in my studio. All these items will have the dyes used listed, so please read thoroughly and be aware of allergies. Wall hangings should be treated like any other piece of art. That is to say, don’t run it through the washing machine :)

Vintage and Second Hand Quality

Many textiles used in my pieces are vintage, some dating back to the 70’s. Because of this, they should be treated with care and love. Sweaters should be washed in low heat inside out. Hang dry. As with all clothing, I recommend washing only when necessary to extend lifetime.
